THE COLORS

Research, glazing and decoration. All the colours, measured in the correct formulas, are prepared and grinded in dedicated mills. The process is done with specific machines according to the surfaces, or by hand, with aerographs used for special finishes.

FORMING

The casting, thanks to the introduction of liquid clay in the gypsum molds, and the dry and wet pressing of terracotta and porcelain as well as their extrusion, allow the production of objects and ceramic tiles with dimensions ranging from centimeter up to two meters.

THE FIRING PROCESS

We have different ways to fire our tiles, but we mostly use muffle kiln for voluminous objects,
and monolayer kiln for some type of tiles
and three-dimensional shapes.
The classic electric monolayer kiln completes the range of possible kilns suitable for getting the most varied effects of enamel and color.
