Do you really need an original part?
Photos are sufficient for the estimate. Colors are: even just one is sufficient, and you can send it to us after you've approved the quote.
How long does it take?
Sampling requires testing and subsequent firings: we'll specify the timing in the quote. It's best to contact us before starting work.
Is it worth it even for a few pieces?
Yes, but sampling has a startup cost that doesn't depend on the quantity: the more pieces you need, the less impact it has. It's often worthwhile, however, when the original is no longer available and the alternative would be to redo the entire facade. Make sure you're clear about this in the quote before you decide.
Can I see the result first?
Always. We send you proofs to compare on the facade and only produce after your approval.
